Promote ROTC education and careers in technical disciplines, particularly in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).


Each year the Lexington-Concord Chapter's Education Foundation ROTC program provides $22,000 in scholarships to 21 very deserving ROTC Cadets and Midshipmen from the Northeast region of the United States in recognition of their outstanding academic and leadership achievements, particularly those that excel in their STEM-related disciplines. Each year the ROTC scholarship season culminates with a scholarship awards luncheon with a keynote speaker and presentation of the Bernard A. Shriever award to the most deserving Cadet or Midshipman.

Lexington-Concord Chapter awards scholarships to Cadets and Midshipmen from 20 ROTC Units across the Northeast Region of the U.S.

Volunteer to be an ROTC committee member, some committee roles include: Detachment communications & coordination, nomination down-selection, publicity & outreach, graphics & printing.

AFCEA Lexington-Concord Chapter members strive to motivate students of all ages to pursue education in technical disciplines, and equip them to pursue technical career paths, whether defense or non-defense related, in order to build a strong and creative technical workforce, which is essential to the future of the United States.

The Lexington-Concord Chapter invites it's young AFCEA members (ROTC AFCEA members included) to participate in mentorship and information sharing events with leaders from Industry, government and academia.
