Today, AFCEA serves as a bridge between government requirements and industry capabilities, representing the top government, industry, and military professionals in the fields of information technology, communications, and intelligence.
AFCEA, a non-profit international association, is dedicated to supporting global security by providing an ethical environment that encourages a close cooperative relationship among civil government agencies, the military and industry.

The Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) Diversity Committee will participate in a 5K Foam Fest to raise scholarship funds for the chapter’s Education Foundation. The 5K Foam Fest is on Saturday, 13 July 2013 at the Kimball Farm Maze, 791 East Broadway, Haverhill, MA 01830.

The Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) Diversity Committee will sponsor a golf tournament on Friday, 23 August 2013. The tournament will be a shotgun scramble starting at 12:00 p.m. at the Patriot (VA Hospital) Golf Course, 200 Springs Road, Bedford, MA. The awards barbecue will be held at 3:00 p.m. at the Patriot Golf Course. The entry fee for EVERYONE is $40.00. All entry fees go toward expenses (green fees for nine (9) holes, dinner, and prizes). Prizes will be given to the top three (3) lowest scoring teams as well as Closest-to-the-Pin (Men and Women) and Straightest Drive (Men and Women). |
